With this inspiring quote for youth the 'National Youth Day' is celebrated at Shivani Public School under the 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' program on 12th January,2024.
The activities performed were keeping in mind the current stress & pressure faced by the students. The students performed Yoga -cum-meditation sessions under which various stress liberation Aasans/ postures like Padmasana, Bhujangasana, Dhanurasana, and Halasana were performed by the senior section students showcasing their flexibility.
The PPC 2024 emphasizes energy & stress booster techniques through meditation and yogic Aasanas.
